Project and Realization of Power RF amplifiers

Our research group  develop high power radio frequency amplifiers for broadcast applications, radio amateur communications and military equipments.
The 20 years of experience in radio frequency transmitters enable us to develop very high efficiency and high power densities pallets.

Our amplifiers can be used also in radio amateur bands in 50, 70, 144MHz, SSB and FM modulations. Available also 460MHz amplifiers.

Thanks to the semiconductor evolution, now 1000W - 50V FETs are available at reasonable price. Our amplifiers operates ain class AB, C or F, in order to obtain the FET maximum performances.

The power losses reduction can be obtained by the harmonic restoration in output and input waveforms. In this way the voltage and current across the active device are not simultaneously high and the device’s losses are reduced to zero. Moreover the FET output power can be maximized if a proper load is synthesized by load pull.
