Project and Realization of Power RF amplifiers

The 600W and 800W amplifiers for 144MHz is based on last generation Freescale power FET.

The RF band is 140-150MHz.

The drain efficiency is very high, >85%. The amplifier, if feed by 44-50V power supply. The output power at 50V, can be increased to 700W for 600W version and 900W for 800W one.

The gain is very high, about 20dB with minimum bias current, about 25mA. The amplifier works in class AB or C-F.
