Project and Realization of Power RF amplifiers

The  50MHz amplifiers, based on last generation power FET, are available in 300W-600W and 800W output power .The rf band is 60-80MHz.

The drain efficiency is very high, >85%. The amplifier, if feed by 44-50V power supply.

The gain is very high, about 20dB with minimum bias current, about 50mA. The amplifier works in class AB or C-F. Available also the low pass filter.
