Project and Realization of Power RF amplifiers

The 150W amplifier is based on BLF177 FET and it can be used for broadcast application in
88-108MHz band or for radio amateur communications in SSB. or FM one. The bias current is easily changeable in order to increase or decrease the power gain. Other version for 50MHz and 70MHz are available.
