Project and Realization of Power RF amplifiers

The 600W amplifier is based on last generation freescale power FET, MRF6VP2600H.

The main application is in 88-108MHz band.

The drain efficiency is very high, >85%, and it reach about 93%. The amplifier, if feed by 54V, can obtain 700W in output.

Pallet amplifier for radio amateur in 50, 70 and 144MHz band cab be developed.

The gain is very high, about 20dB with minimum bias current, about 10mA. The amplifier works in class C-F.
