Project and Realization of Power RF amplifiers

The 800W amplifier is based on last generation freescale power FET, MRF6VP1000H.

The main application is in 88-108MHz, 70MHz and 144MHz band.

The drain efficiency is very high, >80% The amplifier, if feed by 52V, can obtain 900W in output.

The gain is very high, about 20dB with minimum bias current, about 50mA. The amplifier works in class C-F or AB.
