Project and Realization of Power RF amplifiers

The first prototype of 432MHz, 700W (800W Max) is now available. Very robust and reliable power amplifier with 20dB gain, working at 50V ensure good performances in extreme operating conditions.

The amplifiers work in class AB with 200mA bias current with accurate thermal compensation. The bias can be increased to 1000mA if you need very high linearity. The PA has 70% of drain efficiency. The copper baseplate ensure a good spreading of the heat on the heat sink.

Available also a Kit with all the components, in order to reduce the total price.
